THE PHOENIX BIRD AND RESILIENT PROCESS

ACTION PLAN

Preparing breakfast today, with just enough appetite, I think about the unfortunate souls trapped in their places of origin, unable to pay the exorbitant boarding fees demanded for their journey by migration kingpins and certain corrupt states. Proportionally, only a few can afford the «luxury» of emigrating, knowing they will face all kinds of risks and horrific outcomes, largely due to negligence and the disastrous implementation of immigration policies in their destination countries. The reality is that the vast majority of the population remains trapped in their shacks, where neglect, disease, and hunger continue their relentless and unbearable killing spree.

Davos, UN, please: Providing food and medicine to homes and implementing solidarity development plans in all countries of origin, with the conviction that funding would be secured through intelligent recycling policies for less than half of the world’s leftovers, would represent a decisive step towards allowing smiles to take flight from inconsolable weeping and despair in this important sector of humanity.
