Politics is the art, doctrine or opinion applied to the government of the States. Political Science must deal with the DECENT ACTIVITY through which a free society, composed of free people, sees the problems posed by its collective coexistence resolved. It is a task through which the achievement of the common good must be sought. Citizen participation possesses the ability and right to elect, distribute, and execute power as necessary to ensure the happiness of the governed.
